Money Back Guarantee

I want you to experience how the system works, how the content is built, and how the strategy comes together — without feeling locked in or pressured.

If at any point in that first week you feel like the process isn’t a fit, you get a full refund. No questions, no friction. I’d rather you walk away confident than stay uncertain.

This guarantee isn’t about protecting you from me — it’s about protecting you from the industry. Too many Lead Generation Services overpromise and underdeliver. I’d rather show you upfront.

What You Should Be Asking

Things You May or May Not Be Thinking To Ask,
But Answers That You Should Definitely Know

How do you figure out what my website actually needs to accomplish before you start designing?

Short Answer: We will talk about what your current business goals are before getting started.

Everything always starts with a conversation. We both need to know that we will be able to work together effectively to attain the main goal.

If I feel like I’m not going to be a good match for you, I’ll be the first to let you know!

During our initial meeting, we will review everything going on in your business and what your current goals are. Then we will come up with a strategic plan to make them a reality.

Short Answer: Click Here (I explain this in more detail down below)

I have a 5-step process to ensure your website is a success.

  1. Initial Consultation
  2. Structure Design & Approval
  3. Visual Design & Approval
  4. Final Review & Approval
  5. Website Launch

Short Answer: Lots and lots of practice

This isn’t my first rodeo. I’ve lost count of how many websites I’ve built over my career.

When it comes to guaranteeing that you will sell more, my hands are sort of tied. I will work with you on your sales process and the positioning of your products on your website.

I’ll get the eyeballs on your product or/service. But you will still have to close them.

Short Answer: Yes

During the visual design stage of your website, is when we will be working on the copy for your site.

Using your input and any other assets you have, I can create the content/copy for your website. The more input you can provide, the better this part goes.

Either way, if we use content that you generate or the copy that I will write, there will be time at the final review to correct and make any necessary changes.

Short Answer: Just like a ghostwriter embodies their client’s voice while writing a book, I’ll do the same for your site.

Each website I design is a 100% custom build. Are there design elements that you might notice from other websites? Of course, why wouldn’t we do what is already working for other people?

But, at the end of the day, the copy will be written so that it sounds like you, your logo will be displayed prominently so they see it is you, and we will load your brand colors into the site to create a theme that truly translates who you are and what you do for your clients and customers.

Short Answer: Kick your feet up, I’ve got your back!

You can be involved as much or as little as you like in the process of building/designing your website.

But, there are only 3 times where editing will be allowed, and it will not be a drawn-out process where we go back and forth a lot. The more active you are in the process, the more likely we are to nail it on the first go!

Short Answer: My goal is to get your website up and running as quickly as possible without creating errors.

Depending on the site, it might be a couple of days to a couple of weeks or even months.

It all depends on the complexity of the website’s behind-the-scenes functions, how much content I’ll need to generate vs how much you can supply, and how responsive you are during the build.

Short Answer: WordPress & Elementor

Approximately 42% of all websites on the internet are built on the WordPress platform. If roughly half of the world is using WordPress, then there must be something to it, right?

Jokes aside, WordPress is a very easy-to-manage website platform. You still need to know what you are doing to build the site. But the ongoing management and updates are easy peasy.

Between what I will show you and what you can learn on YouTube, you should be able to manage everything yourself after the site is finished.

Or, I can manage it for you if you prefer.

Short Answer: Yes, you will have full control after the site is done.

Once I finish the website for you, I can either pack it up to install on your server.

Or, I can host it for you on mine.

You will be given Admin access and have full control of everything on your site.

But that also means that you have all the power in the world to break your website.

If you are not fluent in WordPress, then it’s probably still best to let someone else manage the future of the site.

You should be focused on growth and fulfillment anyway.

Short Answer: If you want me to, I can.

Once we launch your site and it is live, then it is 100% up to you how involved I stay in the process.

If I’m managing your site for you ($150 monthly), I also include a couple of hours each month to make updates and changes.

If you want to handle the management of the site moving forward, you can always contract me on a project basis to make any updates or changes you’d like down the road.

Short Answer: This part can get a little tricky

Before I deliver your website, I will benchmark using Google’s Pagespeed Insights, then make any optimization tweaks needed to pass.

If I’m managing your website on my server, then nothing will change.

But I can’t guarantee that it will perform the same way on your server as it does on mine.

If you don’t understand how to do website optimization and run server architecture, then you may want to leave the ongoing management to me.

Short Answer: All Of Them!

The security of your website is something that I take very seriously, and you should too!

I use the Elementor Hosting Service, and they employ state-of-the-art security protocols on every website I create and host/manage. You can learn more about the specifics of those security measures by clicking here.

If you choose to manage your site yourself, then there is nothing I can do about the security of your data.

Short Answer: We are going to tag-team the Quality Control (QC) process

After visual design approval and before the Final Review meeting, we will each take a couple of days to play around on the site and click all of the links, press all the buttons, and submit all the form entries.

Make note of anything you find that doesn’t work correctly or is “broken,” and we will address the fixes at our final review meeting.

Short Answer: A little of Column A, a little of Column B

If I am hosting/managing your website for you, then you will receive a monthly report with all of your website stats.

If I am not hosting/managing your website, then I will install the Google SiteKit Plugin, and you will be able to connect your Google account to gain access to the reporting features they provide.

How This Works In 5 Simple Steps

1

We
Talk

Everything we do starts out with a simple conversation. After I get an understanding of what you want, we can get moving.

2

Structure Design

First things first! The design process starts with the structure, otherwise known as a wireframe. Pages, Navigation, Forms, etc.

3

Visual
Design

Once the site’s basic structure is approved, we can move on to customization. This is where we load you, your company, and your band into the site.

4

Review &
Approval

This is our chance to look at the site as a whole and make any final tweaks needed. This is generally a quick meeting since everything has already been approved. Think of this as a final sign-off!

5

Final
Launch

It’s Go Time!

At this point, everything has been approved, and it’s time to launch. I will package the website to transfer it to your server. Or, we can talk about management options and hosting on my server.

Why Work With Me?

I’ve been in your shoes too. I’ve been coaching businesses and entrepreneurs for almost 20 years now. I’ve been on the hunt for a marketing partner I can trust, and probably just like you, I’ve been burned.

This is why working with me is different. I’m not a designer. I’m a business guy who builds websites that make sense.

You get strategy, clarity, and clean execution — no drama, no confusion, no fluff.
