What’s the actual process behind how leads are generated — or is it just guesswork?

Short Answer: Together, we will figure out your ICP, and then I will source the leads and create a LinkedIn and Cold Email outreach system

In your onboarding meeting, we will talk about who your ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) is. We will figure out their demographics, geographics, and psychographics.

Then, I will help you with coming up with a Lead Magnet or product offer, and I’ll build your landing page if you don’t already have one. 

From there, I will source and verify the leads before building a 3-week cold outreach system with multiple touch points that is aimed at turning contact information into buying interest. 

Finally, you will receive the leads to in turn close the deal.

 

Short Answer: After setting up proper targeting and outreach, the qualified leads will announce themselves

We started by making sure we are only reaching out to people you consider a good match.

That doesn’t necessarily mean that those people are ready or even interested in working with you. 

But, through the multiple touch points in the outreach system, we will warm those already  “qualified” prospects up to the idea.

Those who ARE interested will either reach out to you directly, download your lead magnet, or fill out a form.

From there, all you have to do is contact them to set up a time to go over your product/service with them.

The faster you can contact you new leads the better your chances are of closing the sale and earning their business. 

Because of that, the new leads will be sent to you via email immediately. 

There will also be a weekly report containing all of the leads that were generated that week to make sure that you didn’t miss anything.

Short Answer: We will create a standalone landing page, and depending on the CRM you use, we might be able to insert the lead right into your existing flow.

Unless I am the one who designed your website, we will create a standalone landing page site on its own URL. This is the only way that I can control the process for you and know that it will work correctly.

If you are using HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, GetResponse, ConvertKit, Drip, and MailerLite as your CRM solution, then we can likely have your leads loaded straight into your system.

If you use a different CRM, then there is still the possibility of connecting it through Zapier. (additional fees may apply if you are not already using Zapier)

Short Answer: The number of leads generated is the end of what I can control. So it is the main statistic we will go by. 

I can target, source, verify, and get the leads to raise their hands. But I can’t control what happens to the leads once I send them to you.

But of course, for this to work right, you need more than just leads. You need leads that actually convert to paying customers!

Because of that you lead generation program will be a constantly evolving thing. But it takes good communication! If I don’t know what is going on with your leads after they are given to you, then I won’t know what needs to be changed in order to make them better. 

The good thing is that I am pretty easy to get in touch with most days, and I’m always happy to chat about how we can make things better for you!
