This Master Document (the “Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the website located at jthasyourback.com (the “Site”) and the coaching services provided by Coach JT (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Practices, and all applicable Disclaimers.
1. TERMS OF SERVICE
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of the Site immediately.
1.2 Scope of Services
Coach JT provides a three-pillar coaching approach focusing on Business, Brand, and Body. Services include but are not limited to:
- Business: Strategic planning, leadership development, marketing/lead generation, and culture building.
- Brand: Narrative crafting and authentic storytelling.
- Body: Personalized health and fitness coaching.
1.3 Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and proprietary coaching methodologies, is the property of Coach JT and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. This includes content related to the publication “Flip The Script.” You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view Site content for personal, non-commercial use only.
1.4 Payments and Refunds
Fees for coaching sessions or social media management are due as outlined in your specific Service Agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the coaching services.
1.5 Testimonials, Reviews, and FTC Disclosure (Results Not Typical)
We may display testimonials, reviews, case studies, screenshots, income/impact statements, “before and after” content, and endorsements (collectively, “Testimonials”) on our Site, emails, social media, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
FTC Disclosure / Typicality: Testimonials reflect the real-life experiences of individual clients, but they are not necessarily representative of all clients. Results are not typical. Individual outcomes vary widely based on factors such as your background, experience, work ethic, time commitment, market conditions, starting point, health status, consistency, and implementation.
No Guarantees: We do not promise or guarantee any particular business, brand, fitness, weight loss, performance, revenue, profit, audience, or health outcome.
Paid/Material Connections: If we provide compensation, free access, discounts, affiliate commissions, or any other benefit in exchange for a testimonial or endorsement, we will disclose that relationship where the testimonial appears, as required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules and guidelines. Some endorsers may be clients; others may be partners, affiliates, or paid contributors.
Editing/Formatting: Testimonials may be edited for clarity, grammar, or length, and may be presented in summarized form, so long as the meaning is not materially changed.
Your Responsibility: Use your judgment and conduct your own due diligence before relying on any testimonial or result described.
2. PRIVACY POLICY
2.1 Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, phone number, and any business or health data shared during consultations. Marketing emails: You can opt out by using the “unsubscribe” link in our emails. Transactional or service-related messages may still be sent.

Our Site and services are intended for individuals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Coach JT provides coaching, education, tools, frameworks, and mentorship intended to support business, leadership, branding, storytelling, and performance. However, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific result, including (without limitation) revenue, profit, sales, audience growth, business valuation, hiring outcomes, brand recognition, or any other business performance metric.
Results Not Typical: Any examples, numbers, projections, or testimonials are provided for illustration only. Your results are not likely to be typical, and may be higher or lower depending on many factors, including your effort, skills, experience, starting point, business model, market conditions, decision-making, consistency, health, and time devoted.
No Professional/Financial Advice: We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or investment advisory service. Nothing on the Site or in our services constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals regarding your specific situation.
No Partnership/Employment Relationship: Participation does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Coach JT.
3.2 Health, Fitness, and Nutrition Disclaimer (Business & Health)
The “Body” pillar may include fitness training suggestions, exercise programming, nutrition and lifestyle education, and habit coaching.
- Not Medical Advice: Coach JT is not acting as a physician, dietitian, therapist, or other licensed healthcare provider (unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement). Content is for informational and educational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Consult Your Physician: You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, are taking medication, or have a history of injury.
- Assumption of Risk: Physical activity and dietary changes carry inherent risks, including illness, injury, disability, or death. You voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with participating and accept full responsibility for your choices.
- No Guarantees: We do not guarantee any health, fitness, weight loss, body composition, performance, or mental well-being outcomes.
3.3 Mental Health Disclaimer
Coaching is not psychotherapy and is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing severe distress, suicidal thoughts, or a mental health crisis, seek immediate help from a licensed professional or emergency services.
3.4 “Flip The Script” and Professional Associations
References to “Flip The Script” and co-authorship with Chris Voss are provided for professional context and credibility. Use of the Site does not grant rights to third-party intellectual property associated with these partners. Any third-party names, trademarks, or logos are the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement unless explicitly stated.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
4.1 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coach JT and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
4.2 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coach JT from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or your misuse of the coaching strategies provided.
5. GENERAL PROVISIONS
5.1 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Knoxville, TN.
5.2 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
